USA NREL used nanotech black silicon to achieve 18% efficiency to the entire solar spectrum. Targeting 20% efficiency with nano wires & nano spheres. further research should improve efficiencies. which means more energy per solar farm. kwh/sqm should improve, on lower costs.

1.Solar panel with nanotechnology are more efficient than conventional design to convert sunlight to electricity. 2.Various nanoscience-based options are being pursued to convert waste heat in computers, automobiles, homes, power plants, etc to usable electrical power. 3.Clean drinking water through rapid, low-cost detection of impurities in and filtration and purification of water. 4.Nanotechnology has been used in the early diagnosis of atherosclerosis,or the buildup of plaque in arteries.

Dear All: I go thru the various comments on regular basis on various issues. It is very nice to give your free and frank view. Only one suggestion: Some people write: Modi do this or that. Why can't we give some respect to our PM by writing Modiji, Respected PM or respective modi ji. This give the encouragement to our PM also. I think few words of respect will be good for all of us. We Indian are proud to that we give respect to elders. we are not American that we call seniors by first name.
