Dear Modiji, Smart city doesn't mean only using latest technology. Smart city according to me is the one which is smart enough to be helpful to the disabled, senior citizen, pregnant woman's, woman's, parents, businessman, corporates and law makers. Less on technology more on infrastructure to keep environment green and avoid harmful radiations due to high end technologies used for communications. Smart communication network avoiding the radiation part. Sizes of footpaths should be bigger.

1. Public Transport. 2. Greenery. 3. Housing. 4. Commercial spaces. 5. Institutions. 6. Services. 7. Future expansion I believe if these things are focused right now in a proper way with proper policy making, Gandhinagar can transform into a place that doesn't exist right now in any corner of the nation. All it needs is some Planners+Engineers+Policy maker+Architects to constantly exercise on its development. The product will be definitely something hilarious.
