Here are my suggestions: *Simplification of Procedures:* Advocate for streamlined procedures that make it easier for businesses to comply with excise duties, reducing administrative burdens and costs. *Digital Transformation:* Suggest the incorporation of digital technologies to facilitate online filings, payments, and record-keeping, ensuring transparency and efficiency. *Environmental Considerations:* Propose the inclusion of incentives for eco-friendly practices and higher duties on products that have a significant environmental impact. *Small Business Support:* Recommend provisions that offer relief or simplified tax structures for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to foster entrepreneurship and growth. *Anti-Evasion Measures:* Encourage the introduction of robust mechanisms to detect and deter tax evasion, ensuring a fair playing field for all businesses.

My post no. 10 Prime Minister launched Make in India Initiative. But Excise Bill not addressed sentiment of Make In India.

My post no. 9 This Bill is not future oriented. but past oriented Bill. How people recognize that this products paid excise duty or not ? Excise Bill prepared like हफ्ता वसूली। This Bill does not reduce imported products consumption. Citizens shifting to Imported products or products manufactured by MNC. Prime Minister message Vocal for Local, Nation First Always First not addressed in this Bill. polythene bag and packing issue not addressed in this bill. Prime Minister slogan Clean India not address this Bill. Therefore I totally reject Excise Bill. Same ideology applied in GST and Income Tax. Citizens and Government already suffering from GST and Incone tax Act. huge amount of tax evasion reported in GST and Income tax. Why asking suggestion when not ready for any systematic change in policy.

My post no. 8 government still need to learn how to ask suggestion. background data not provided. Clerical mindset this bill prepared. you are playing Rat and Cat game. British Ideology applied in this bill. if anyone manufacturer any products then pay excise tax. this Ideology not suitable to Indian mindset. that is reason of huge cases of fraud and tax evasion. The important part of any Bill is implementation Part. This should be suitable to mindset of country. This bill prepared for benefits of Excise Department. But not benefits of Country or Citizens. There is not any third party in this draft bill. First part Excise Department Second part is manufacturer advocate and CA only to support manufacturer. where is third party ? Judge is missing who decide where policy is drafted wrong? Change Maker not included who will be Neutral. Creative, intelligent, new ideas developer.

Under various sections of the Central Excise Act, the Government imposes penalty charges for evading tax. This penalty charge can range from 25% to 50% of the total excise duty amount
