according to CBIC we already have a wrong chartered method for calculating tax direct and indirect on the productive items . and
what about the service tax..
what about the taxes in the hospital activities like nurse, staffs and doctors , building and machinery and tools they are using still now .
is this any plant, tools, and machinery having a expiry date after them no use of it.

Counterfeit product manufactured in india in a big way.
This is also huge loss to Excise department.
you not applied new ideas to address counterfeit problem in this act.
Your draft show it prepared by private person. Not prepared by government for National interest.

The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs (CBIC), Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, invites suggestions on the draft ‘Central Excise Bill, 2024’ from stakeholders by 26th June 2024.
The CBIC has prepared a draft ‘Central Excise Bill, 2024.’ Once enacted, the Bill shall replace the Central Excise Act, 1944. The Bill aims to enact a comprehensive modern central excise law with an emphasis on promoting ease of doing business and repealing old and redundant provisions. The Bill comprises twelve chapters, 114 (one hundred and fourteen) sections and two schedules.
As a part of the pre-legislative consultative process, the draft ‘Central Excise Bill, 2024’ has been uploaded on the website of CBIC [https://www.cbic.gov.in] for inviting suggestions from the stakeholders in the following format within 21 days:

My suggestion to the Government of India including the state governments is that petrol as soon as included in GST. Through this poor and middle class persons get relief and get easy access of basic facilities. If petrol comes under GST, most of the basic facility prices come down and help people to use the remaining amount which is saved due to low expenses of day to day life in other key priority sectors such as education, health, etc. which will directly and indirectly generate more revenue to the governments. With this, inflation also be in control which would be the prime demand of every person living in this country.
