employment generation required better skill and qualification according to the manufacturing sector
i think our policy not giving much importance to that i will suggest to the government to help the companies and business units to establish training institutes in manufacturing premises itself which will be either run through government or on ppp model which will provide on the job training .we should also encourage our companies to establish manufacturing units in rural area

Employment Generation is directly proportional to the volume and method of manufacture. We need a chain action to increase volume and method. We can declare agriculture as manufacturing Industry to bring revolution in this concept.

Please implement rule of 8hr working for all the workmen, may it be white collar or blue collar. Presently we see 10 to 14 hr working in various organisations (my estimate is atleast 30% of people in employment). Suggested rule will require organisations to recruit more manpower. It will increase cost for organisations...but I foresee, it will be finally distribution of same cost to more number employees.

Dear Sir,
I am P A cariappa, "Manufacturing is the core area for "Employment Generation" with out manufacturing there is nothing , for that we must depend on
"FDI" to come to "India" so that "Lots of Unemployed will get job", and hence our
Economy will develop in greater peace, than other countries". And our economy will
Stand great in "G20" Summit, and the world recognizes "India". And Tax policies, can
be discussed later stage.
Regards.
P A Cariappa.
