now public should behave like smart , everyone must follow traffic rules to avoid accidents ,all rikshaw drivers avoid to follow traffic rules, all two wheelers are in very hurry because after PM they are VIPS to avoid this every road has divider , public should nor purchase things from any encrochment areas ,should not split garbage anywhere , not pitch anywhere on the road
