SMART SOLAPUR CITY.
1.roads must be extended more in particular areas.
2.garbage must be collected everyday... and the garbage must be used for the agriculture and many other uses etc.
3.there must be a picnic point were the people of other city must get attracted towrds it. and from this what all funds are collected should be useful for the government of the solapur city.
4.siddheshwar temple the icon of solapur must be clean.

1. Following traffic rules, is one of them.
2. Disposing domestic garbage in a proper way (Separate containers for decomposable waste).
3. No unnecessary blowing of vehicle horns.
4. No throwing of garbage at public places.
5. No spitting (for any reason).
6. Etc etc
Just mere addition of the word smart is not going to make the city a ’smart city’. It is not a title but an adjective which needs to be achieved by everybody’s behavior,in the years to follow.

10. Transfers of officers and employees should be done if they are working at the same table for more than 5 years at a stretch.
11. Water management issue needs to be solved on annual planning basis.
Depending solely on local governing body will not pay-off. Citizen mentality, areas mob mentality,etc contribute towards the city’s development too. Infrastructure, overall approach,and contribution by city dwellers needs to be changed.In short, Citizens too need to change:

5. Stray animals should be dealt with. Sterilization of dogs, cattles to be caught and heavy fine imposed on owners, etc
6. Foothpath encroachment should be removed irrespective of where it is.
7. Boards showing directions along with CCTV cameras should be put at every major cross road.
8. Seminars and workshops to boost the morale of SMC employees as well as citizens should be conducted every 3 months.
9. Educate and train citizens itself on cleanliness, public hygine n waste management.
