Ujjain city has been shortlisted under the Government of India’s flagship programmes Smart Cities Mission. Under the mission, UMC shall participate in the smart cities challenge by Ministry of Urban Development. As part of this, UMC is preparing a Smart City Proposal (SCP). SCP will include smart city solutions based on the consultations to be held with the key stakeholders of the city. UMC hereby invites the suggestions from citizens of Ujjain to make ‘Ujjain as a smart city’. The citizens may post their views pertaining to basic services such as water supply, sewerage, urban transport, social infrastructure and e-governance. The citizens are invited to explore their ideas to make ancient Ujjain city smarter.

PEOPLE HAS TO SHARE IDEAS/STAGIES ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 24X7 WATER SUPPLY IN THE SELECTED ZONE UNDER AREA BASED DEVELOPMENT ZONE ONLY. POSTING OF OTHER VIEWS WILL NOT SERVE THE PURPOSE. DISCUSSIONS ARE INVITED FROM THE PUBLIC .....HOPE BETTER IDEAS WILL BE SUGGESTED FOR SMART IMPLEMENTATION.....

छोटे व्यापारी जो सड़को पर, फूटपाथ पर दुकाने लगाते है या ठेले पर प्रोडक्ट बेचते है उनके लिए पक्की दुकाने देने की कोई स्कीम निकलनी चाहिए ताकि सड़के भी खली हो और हर मौसम में वे बिक्री कर पाये।
