Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Deepak Chopra and Beatles are his followers. He has an architecture institute and has world wide projects with Vaasthu and a TV channel dedicated to Vaasthu. Why dont we take his help in planning a Vedic City http://www.vediccityplanning.com/ http://www.vediccityplanning.com/institute/worldwide-projects/ http://www.vastutv.com/ http://www.vastutv.com/

A city is not smart until it manages its waste well. Waste management process should be decentralised and locality based, quick and real time. It is surprising to note that 70% of waste is organic in nature & can be reprocessed before it becomes waste or, thereafter, can be recycled in a sustainable manner. We have invented a Green Waste Reprocessor machine which re‐process all green reject and converts it into valuable by‐products. More details can be found on www.cleanindiatech.com

The city badly needs to de-congest the Thane station area and badly needs to find out a solution to ease up the large traffic from entire Thane West ranging up to very end of Ghodbunder road turning up at Thane station. A new railway line connecting the far distant areas of Ghodbunder to Thane station on one side and borivali on the other, is now inevitable and the only solution to ease up traffic, pollution and real estate escalation problems of Thane
