All these schemes are soo tedious to read and understand so fist task should be to simplify Bring all the schemes under one banner single window
Decentralize the offices each state should have an office of NSDC or such related organisation with powers and not simply postmasters,
People with exposure to practical in Industries presence is must in these organisations
The profile of the people in the these organisation is typically non-industrial as with most of our government officers.

On 26-4-15 in his speech Maan Ki baat Respected PM Mr Narendra Damodardas Modi emphasized on MAYLA MATHE PE DHONA (carrying dirt on head). The phrase was headline in each and every NEWS of the day. Is He really concern about this and made provisions of reservation in LOK SABHA, RAJYA SABHA, STATE VIDHAN SABHA, MILITARY etc etc etc ...... Such reservations are in place in other aspects of life.
Respected PM Mr NARENDRA DAMODARDAS MODI SIR do you have explanation or just a speech.

Our Govt should add a Skill Development subject in the academic education system. It should appoint high Skill and enthusiastic teachers for it. So that in academics only each individual can think on such innovative skills.

# SKILL DEVELOPMENT-There are world class Corporate universities/training centers/academic institutions in India under big business houses intended for in-house training for their employees. These institutions are not fully utilized and idle. The Government should initiate schemes to utilize these facilities to train/ enhance skill of general public/employees of Govt./other private organizations at nominal cost (No profit/no loss)

sir,
i have some suggestions on skill development, any organisation earning more than a fixed amount of profit in any areas say like mining, petrochemical, pharma, power, petroleum, medical, transportation, logistics, construction etc has to invest 2 to 3% of their profit in skill development in their respective areas as a CSR activity to develop human potential to cater the future needs of the country. this can help the young generation to dream big and give innovative ideas for the growth.
