Recently, the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed the webinar on effective implementation of the Union Budget provisions in the defence sector. During his address, the Prime Minister said that the webinar was of great significance as it focused on the important issue of making the country’s defence sector self-reliant.

The Prime Minister said that the defence corridors that are being built in the country today would also help local entrepreneurs and local manufacturing. That is, today, self-sufficiency in our defence sector has to be seen as the empowerment of these two fronts – “Jawan as well as Youth”.

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Defence Sector are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:
• Budgeted expenditure for capital outlay in defence increased by approx. 19%, highest in 15 years
• Disinvestment aimed in the sector to increase opportunities for private players
• Reduction in customs duty rates to nil for import of parts by public sector units (under Ministry of Defence) for manufacturing of aircrafts and parts

Jai Hind, Mai ye sujhav dena chahti hu ki humhare defence sector ke liye ek aisi yogana lagu kiya jaye jisme defence ki families ka kharch sarkaar aur desh ki janta uthaye aur government job de. Humhare desh ki sena apna pura dedication desh ko deti hai toh government aur janta bhi unhe saugaat ke taur par ye gift de. Ek yogna ho jisme log apna contribution de aur sarkaar usko defence ki families tak aniwaarya roop se pahuchaye.

Sir hamara sujhav hai ki universitys me project ke liye jo paisa diya jaata hai uska kaphi dhandlebaji hoti hai islye hamara sujhav hai ki iske liye sarkaar ki trph se ek comiitee bnaai jaaye jo universitys or uske college me project se sambabdhit saamaan de na ki paisa ya koi esi jgha jaise ki store bnaya jaaye ya nischit ki jaaye ki project ka sbhi saaman vaha se liya jaaye isse sarkaar ko kroro rs . Respected Sir, In recent times there is increased number of digital threats including cyber security threats, which can be perceived as an opportunity. The more the threats the more is the opportunity to identify and upskill people in digital areas (cyber security) to save our nation from cyber threats. The Government of India should think on investing in cyber security panel for Indian Army and also train public in this particular area.

war has never been a solution of anything. It is better to avoid that. If a war is inevitable than it should be the fight to finish. War and such things are in most of the cases a mere political propaganda
