Army, police,RAF(men&women) do outstation duty in cities during elections, festivals, curfews etc. They do duty in heat, cold, rain conditions. They stay in tents or under trees. If Government constructs rooms with thin cement sheets between metro rail, flyover pillars its very useful for them.
They can use Sulabh complexes, public toilets for bath etc

Retirement age of defense personnel to be 55. Young men can work at hill borders and others transfer to sea shore borders. Also can use monitoring through surveillance camera throughout our borders.

Firstly, decision making will be more informed and in tune with those who the actions will affect.
Secondly, there will be greateer satisfaction from stakeholder withthe outcome. Through the engagement process, those who decisions will affect will feel they have inputted into the final outcome and that everyone’s views have been taken into account. Depending on the method of consultation, they will also understand that their perspective may not be shared.

The budget clearly aims at self reliant India in defence sector. The Brahmos missile is the first one in this list.
Buying Tejas and Arjun Tanks will also boost this.
One important thing to note here is that the defence budget is very less as compared to our gdp and it should be increased .
China's budget is more than twice of ours and mpst of our budget goes to pay salary and pension.
So we have to use our resources very carefully.
