DEAR I WANA TO MAKE DISCUSS ABT TO WORST CONDITION IN UP IN EDUCATION DEPARTMENT,,,,,,COULD ANYBODY PROVIDE ME THE ADDRESS OF HOME MINISTRY

Again i am adding some more points than my previous post,All people who get a job by the help of reservation seat is actually not talented people, i am not against the people who comes from backward place. i am also from backward caste and from backward place too. I want to say that please believe in quality not in quantity. Let us have open composition for all ,sir. and those who is not having facilities provide facilities to those by providing scholarship and help not reservation.

i am adding some more points than my previous post, Most of the Government employee (except ALL Defense PEOPLE) do not know how to speak, what to speak, how to manage people, how to understand people, how to take decision, how to behave with people, precisely they Don't VALUE the PEOPLE and i am sorry to say that ,they are not well educated and skilled people. And they fell that no body can harm just because they have a position in public sector. They fell that their job is secured job ,

Good Morning sir, There should be open competition in all government service examination. there should not be any reservation system based on caste and categories. I am also from OBC categories although i am saying this point. because the best talented student of if IIT IIM, AIIMS, NIT, and all reputed colleges of india do not prefer to work in India or in government service due to reservation system. we are exporting all real talent to foreign country. please think on this.

sir,we have to wait atleast 6 months for the results and 2 to 3 months for interview schedules and it is taking atleast one year process after after writing an exam for the final results to be released. this is applicable for all competitive exams. please take some initiative to make the process fast.
