I think we need to concentrate on both large and small firm. Cause each are interdependent on other. Some time there would be lot of running around to get contract and other hazel. Graduate cannot work in small firm or body shopping firm which they are called. Consulting and contraction of job must be stopped. Only new development/ reseach can help create new job. 100% of india companies dont have proper r and d based in india with total indian support. This can be an area which can be focused

Sir, Pl note that Lot of SMEs & MSMEs are now closing their Units because of Industrial slow down/cash flow problems/Higher bank interests for loans etc.,. Unless & until the Govt. take certain action to clear pending projects faster and Force GOVT companies to buy from these sectors their requirements by reducing Imports, it is really difficult to run the industry. Rate of Interest for loans/OD,etc for these sectors has to be reduced depending on their performance of repayment.

Sir, With my experience I would like to project these issues of SMEs &MSMEs. 01. GST / Single tax has to be implemented. 02.Most of these sectors are not interested in doing GOVT. jobs because, they have to pay EMD, Delay in QC passing or making GRN ,wait for payment more than 90days,corruption for bill clearing, etc, Lot of unnecessary rules for vendor registration etc, MAKE IN INDIA is the Best progamme and has to be implemented seriously is GOVT sectors. Defenately job creation will be don

There is lot of opportunity and market for the SME & MSME Sector in India provided they get proper support from the Government. It will also help in creating jobs and also decongestant of the cities as most people move to cities in search of jobs which in turn create problem of housing and sanitation . So by supporting and promoting SME , MSME and even pushing bigger industry to go to different places in the country we can develop overall India .

This is a good program but create awareness about SME & MSME first more publicity required. Lot of people doesn't know what are the advantages and disadvantages of this sector. if we can make more awareness about this sector lot of jobs can be created. If Woman enterprisers given priority can make lot of difference in business sector.I STRONGLY AGREES THAT WAITING FOR OTHER TO GIVE JOB IS BETTER TO CREATE THEM

SME & MSME can generate lot of jobs in Arunachal Pradesh by putting up small scale industry in the form of "Dairy Firm", considering the availability of abundunant land and grass. A programme may be launched under the name "White Arunachal" and 10 (ten) Nos. of Jersie Cow may be subsidised to each capable un-employed youth. This way thousands of Dairy Firms can be put up and milk production may be raised substantially. This shall generate huge revenue besides employment and the State of Arunachal can be richer which will add to richness of India.

Self-employment through micro & small scale industry is one of the best form of employment and it adds to GDP. SME & MSME can create lot of jobs by putting up huge nos. of such industry in Arunachal Pradesh. Huge quantity of mineral water can be produced in Arunachal Pradesh by launching a programme called "Crystal Arunachal", water being available in plenty and the market of Europe or other countries may be captured, which will enrich our exchequer. Large nos. of jobs will be generated and the Stae of Arunachal will become richer, which shalll add to richness of India.

For the mann ki batt talkshow,I would suggest to create an account of each student of our country studying in class 10 and 12 just like Facebook. They should be sent study notes for competitive exams like IIT,AIPMT and board exams.Hence each student can stake his claim on IITs and other institutions. No one will be deprived of high standard notes for these exams.Colloboration with education institutions like IITs for notes and BSNL for internet connectivity can be sought.
