Sir, I have taken a tough issue.Work culture of this country is non productive to some extent..Lal Phitashahi is the root cause .Our public sectors are the most effected area.Lack of coordination effects overall efficiency.Results are always negative in these cases. I have taken the issue of education system.This area needs special attention.Change in the mind set is the basic need .This change is possible only through proper education.Instead of optimum infrastructure ,institutions are lacking

Sir namaskar. I am central govt employee. Retirement age for us is 60 years. At this age we have completed almost every responsibility. Also we are getting a huge salary and maximum of us are sick and less efficient.
