Implementing cleanliness in cities is very difficult if law is not tight and citizens are not diciplined and caring towards public property.In a village there is more ownership and resposibility of the place they belong to and wrong doer can be disciplined .We have always been clean India and natural India but soaps,cleaning agents chemicals and phenols have poluted the drain water, also all the industrial effluents released in water bodies add to the problem.We must encourage natural products.
