I'm from andhra, last month I went there n vowed never to go back, for I visit andhra to avoid the hustle bustle of the city and leave myself in the lap of nature, BT this year the creation of new states made the environment to bear the cost , new capital formation needs land and for this farmers are made to sacrifice their farming land, the greenery is in its verge of extinction,! I was deeply hurt to see the scenario. Selling land is selling our own mother. :(

There are so much land occupied by army but not in use. Can it be covered all green. Even useful, if food for army can be produced by that land

Sir, We have plenty of government offices in each town, city and villages. Can we enforce RAIN WATER HARVESTING in those offices to start with? There shouldnt be any objection from anybody as those offices/buildings are not owned by any person but the government. Also, we have roadside footpaths from which lot of water flows to gutter in the rainy season. If we do rain water harvesting on each footpath outlet, then it will definetely help to increase the under ground water level in those areas.
