Dear Sir, I have suggestion. Why can't we celebrate June 5th THE WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY by planting trees. We can to insist every individual on planting a tree on the June 5th THE WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY. Like the valentine’s day etc, we have to insist everyone to celebrate the World Environment day by planting trees.It has to be announced as a festival where the government can assist by providing saplings, providing place to plant etc etc. please give it a thinking. Honourable Sir, Carbon emission is quiet alarmingly increasing & demands a proper monitoring system. The only way is covering vegetation more area. Many attempts are being tried but except in well organised afforestation proper perennial vegetation coverage is not found successful. I suggest that Revenue departments of each state can control & improve canopy coverage to a great extend. Land tax to be revived on the basis of perennial vegetation coverage can easily be assessed by GPRS.

In our nation people use bikes and cars for covering very short distances too. My suggestion that the use of bicycles should be increased in both urban and rural areas. The role of the government in this scenario is to construct separate bicycle lanes in cities which can facilitate safe ride for bicycle commuters.

My topic is about adding practical subject “Green Environment” for all school students, Topics like: Importance of Tree and Environment, Types of Tree, Usage of plastics, Renewable energy source, Importance of Farming and Farmers, saving and Effective usage of water resource, Food wastage and manures, etc., Practical subject as planting Tree & maintenance and Village Camp

The government alone will never be able to tackle the issue of climate change. Public participation is a must!Why should only government put efforts to fight the issue of CC when it is contributed by activities of the people. But, to involve public in such matters, government will need to put some extra efforts initially.Our PM Narendra Modi has set up a great example by involving people from every corner of the country in the Clean India campaign, mo matter which class or caste they belong to.

sir,there should be an authority to watch the activities of the officers of pollution control board at regular intervals.if the PCB were strict enough ,our rivers and canals wouldn't be ruined like this.

Sir,the schemes like NPS,Health Insurance Premium reduction scheme etc. which are announced in the budget are hard for some common man to understand and avail.So,can there be a tv program by some group of experts in easy language or a educational campaign so that every common man can understand what are the schemes for them and how to avail them because i have seen that people are interested to avail the schemes like NPS but dont know how to avail them
