In response to the proposed scheme for waterways of Ganga, I would like to submit herewith my modest findings of an initial study done with my student for the benefit of all stakeholders.

बड़ी नदियों के दोनों किनारों पर परिवहन नहरे विकिसत की जा सकती है जो नदी किनारे बसे शहरों के आन्तरिक क्षेत्रो में परिवहन का स्थायी समाधान हो सकती है परिवहन नहरों में वर्षा का अतिरिक्त जल कुछ हद तक रोकने की क्षमता होगी वेनिस , श्रीनगर की डल झील थाईलैंड की राजधानी बैंकाक जल परिवहन को जल क्षेत्र का उपयोग बाज़ार के रूप में किये जाने के अच्छे उदहारण हैं

वाटर वेस का विकास करने से निश्चित रूप से टूरिज्म का विकास होगा रोजगार के नए अवसर नोवहन के क्षेत्र में पैदा होंगे सड़क ओर रेल परिवहन पर दबाव कम होगा स्टीमर की यात्रा ज्यादा आरामदायक होती है दिन के समय स्टीमर की छत का उपयोग सोलर विद्युत् के उत्पादन के लिए किया जा सकता है क्योंकि नदी वाले क्षेत्र में धुप हमेशा बिना रूकावट मिलती है दिन के समय होने वाले जल परिवहन के लिए सोलर स्टीमर या नोका प्रयोग किया जा सकता है जल का उपयोग नदी तट पर बसे क्षेत्रो के भीतरी भागो में जल परिवहन के विकास के लिए हो सकता

नरेगा में उपलब्ध धनराशी का प्रयोग नदियों के आस पास के गावों में सफाई ओर नदियों में मानव श्रम द्वारा सफाई के लिए किया जा सकता है उसी तरह से गावों में उपलब्ध जल स्रोतों कुआ बावड़ी तालाब ओर अन्य जल संरचनाओ की मानव श्रम द्वारा हो सकने वाली सफाई से किया जा सकता | रिपेयर का कार्य अन्य मदों में उपलब्ध राशी द्वारा किया जा सकता यदि नरेगा में अकुशल श्रम द्वारा कम किया जाना है तो तालाब में गड्डे खोदे जाये जिससे रोके जाने वाले जल की मात्र बढेगी

This revenue also use in clean ganga programme and businessman create interest when he is beneficiary... Roads and other things are also construct by business man and for public are also create jobs in these industries

(1)Water ways can start when ganga is purely clean with garbage waste and other material. (2)Ports are construct outside the city before 10 km far and 10 km away from the city (3)near this water parks,motels, hotels,malls are constructed for tourism Due to this the govt has taken revenue from these businessman those who are interested in investment in tourism.and ports are also here for business

And those biodegradeble and non biogradeble are separately done by local workers and renewal and non renewal material are separated and this wastage also use again...

(4)All cities situated at bank of ganga their are more pandits and they loots the people in emotional way when someone is already unhappy when death in his house they are also looting in different poojas and emotionally blackmail (5) Govt has take over these pandits and some salary for this pooja paths for pandits but polythene and other harmful material not mixed with water (3)Construct the garbage store near the ganga and all garbage of pooja samagri are at garbage khatta

Water ways are important for tourism development but (1)clean the ganga and create new social programme near villages and cities situated near ganga (2)construct new stp and traping of all drains in and firstly treated the water and now water flows in the ganga. (3)All industry like leather,cloth mills etc are construct their sewage treatment plants and tertiary treatment plants and treated this water before discharge into the ganga and this water also use for industrial use like cleaning
