Respected sir ,for safety of every river in INDIA I think u should pass a strick provision that any company or any colony will be made it should connect its sever line to the water purification plant.In every city a big plant have to be made so that every sevege water firstly checked then it will be passed on .Many co. have plants but they are not using it.For salary of plant employee u should take tax from co. And colony persons.Especially make people and company not use plastic rapers.
