We need in market more research related activities more scientific documentaries on quantum physics extra. we need to spread extra knowledge where other world is already . May be we can create some science and research hub for internship and spread extra knowledge . Most importantly we will need it in all big cities per state. And e-library on all the documentaries made on science.

I think better education is important. First we need to show people way to go ahead as we know now a days chemistry graduates are not earning much and people are shifting more to computer side. we need better case studies in market. Some research advisories . Chemistry based fair for students. If we can provide more knowledge for this sector to common people. And in parallel tax benefits It will create big shift

Govt. should approve 100% Foreign Direct Investment in this sector. Because still same not fully explore.. We can reduce import of the same.. Secondly we need to put separate rate of selling same in local market. International crude rates should not apply to here. Some percentage of crude should allow to sold in international market.. This companies maintain there profit margin...

Pesticides are highly harmful. Can some projects be initiated as a test basis in India dividing it into 5/6 zones, that how productivity can remain same but use of pesticides reduced to half or less?As far as yield is concerned we are way below per hectare in many crops compared to other countries. If we can develop that we can get rid of
a potentially harmful chemical.

Value added agro-products synthesis such as oleorsins, essential oils, food colours, nutracetical extracts(lycopene, proteins), herb extract, should be brought into agro-business category for which clearances should be easy and technologies from our research institutes should be given to farmers under skill development programme. This shall boost farmers income and generate employment to young. It can increase our export capabilities too.
