As Indian I feel lot of pride in what our prime minister is doing for all of us in terms of social security as well as national pride. However, I wish that our prime minister gets national health policy 2015 finalized and implemented very soon. It is so sad to hear every day about kids dying of avoidable diseases like dengue. I am sure that under his leadership quality health facilities will reach every Indian especially the poor and needy.

Dear Mr Modi I suggest for a PAN INDIA GIS data repository. In first instance we need Building id creation and linking it to every utility, Adhar card, voter id, phone \ electricity \ water bill, property tax etc- may simplify lot of tax and collection issues, more revenue. More collection will automatically decrease the rates, tax etc. Such GIS data creation can be done with school \ college students as work education. Geo coding should be verified by the utility. Part 1 /10 : SKILL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES FOR RURAL AREA Sir, Through this episode of Mann Ki Baat, I urge for the INTEGRATION OF DIGITAL INDIA WITH SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOR OUR RURAL AREA ; We have so many direct and indirect avenues for honing the skills of our youth in many areas, be it, urban or semi – urban area. But we fare poorly in this regard in the rural area, inspite of the fact that, there are lots of young talents around in the rural area too.

Part 2 / 10: LET’S TAP THE RURAL TALENT We need to devise means and programmes to tap and hone the rural talent so that, skill development initiatives of Government really reach the needy person, regardless of his or her economic conditions. Most of the rural folks are not even aware of the skill development initiatives taken by the Government, and need of the hour is to ensure that, programmes really benefit the under privileged and rural youth of our nation.

Part 3 / 10: SKILL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH TECHNOLOGY In order to achieve the above, we need to make use of the Technology available to see our youth, especially those who are talented in their trades, but unaware of the means to hone their skill further and fail in the written test / interviews (not due to lack of talent, but due to lack of information) do not suffer ! So, let’s blend technology for Skill Development!
