Sir, It is well known to everyone that to produce more coal it is essential for electricity , coal india has No. of captive power plants to generate electricity , but they are not in operation , for example CPP,Moonidih, Dhanbad (a Unit of BCCL )e.t.c.For that crores & crores Rupees has invested from the public fund , without any out put. Pl lease out these Units as quick as possible, so that Collieries and washaries could get uninterrupted power to produce more coal for the Nation.
