Mr. Prime Minister, In continuation to my earlier note I suggest further that need of the hour is to redefine the boundaries of jurisdiction and give more areas and subject to district courts and further abolish tribunals that are incurring unnecessary expenditure and have become forum to house retired persons. The number of Presiding Officers in district courts should be increased and making it All India Judicial Cadre is need of the hour.High Courts should have superintendence only judicially

Dear Prime Minister, in continuation to my earlier note I say that High Courts have been created to interpret Acts and Stutes framed by the legilatures and is such an important Sovereign Function is peacefully and properly done when the entire high court is place at one place. Creation of Benches can meet the political end and no alternative to justice to door steps. For this we need to enlarge the jurisdiction of District courts and can provide final reference and revision to High Courts.

Dear Prime Minister, I want a topic on Constitutional and statutory Institutions to be included so that valuable suggestions can be obtained. Recent strike by Lawyers in some part of the West U.P. and counter strike by lawyers of Allahabad High Court over issue of Additional Bench of the High Court in west U.P. is bad. Some people in political circle always take political mileage may be the importance of the institutions like High Court is lost.

How does reduced education cost? Govt spons college in West Bengal commerce condication bad than worse. Nos of student in commerce department is expected than low. Less than 500 student in commerce stream in Ten college in Birbhum Dist. Why does govt bear extra cost for education purpose?

Develop a mobile app for all the tourist destinations starting with the most popular. The app should cover features like places of interest, hotels, local police stn nos, hospital nos. Also local taxi fares from point A to point B within the place. The same can be done for guiding. Ratings can be provided to hotels based on their service/food & the same can be mentioned on the app. We can also have a 24x7 tourist call centre for help/complaints & strict action be taken for any complaints regd.

Fund allocation from centre in the name of the destination to be done instead of generaly saying for tourism. Trained guides to be appointed, photographs to be posted in the website of htese touris. All public servants posted in this destination should be graduates who have passed the physcometry test. Safety & friendlyness should be first piority. Tourisit feedback site for the individual destination to be made available for the tourist, which will help to improve, weedout antisocial & cheats.

Stray dogs present a very ugly picture of India. Frequent cases of their attacking children are a big deterrent for any tourist. Our relevant laws need to be changed. After that, dog lovers can adopt any number of stray dogs within defined period ( say 1 month) to keep as pets. After that, all stray dogs should be taken away.

Approach to these destinations to be more easier thru road, rail, flight etc. ie good infrastructure and connectivity. These destinations to be kept spic and span with extra civic activities. Seprate tourist complaint wing to take care of any fleecing, cheating, harassing to kept in all tourist spots for which online complaints can also be done. Action to be taken within an hour or immediate and the same to be posted online, which will have access to the public and commisoner.
