बाकि इसी तारतम्य में आपको पहले भी लगातार आपके साइट पर लिखते आ रहा हु उन सब पे भी ऐसे ही बदलाव का शुरुआत करिये।आपके सरकार को भी धीरे धीरे साल के और अग्रसर होता जा रहा है लेकिन अफ़सोस के इन राष्ट्रीयए विकास के परियोजनाओं में पहले से भी जयदा अवरोध महसूस हुआ अभी तक एक भी सड़क परियोजनाओं के निर्माण का श्रीगणेश भी नहीं हो पाया सिर्फ शिलान्यास का फीता काट कर आपके माननिये मंत्री महोदय स्वयं खुश हो गए और उन्हें लगा फीता काटते ही सड़क निर्माण पूर्ण हो गया।

परिपत्र एवं आदेश को भी एक लाइन के सरल कानून में लाये जिसेसे राष्ट्रीयए विकास (सड़क,रेल व नहर ) का कार्य सुगमता से हो चले। और उच्चाधिकारियों को मंत्रायलय व मुख्यालय स्तर पे ही विभिन्न बार बार के पत्राचार को सवाल जवाब कर समय बर्बाद करने की एवं अपने नौकरी के समय को अपने अधिनस्त अधिकारियो के ऊपर लादकर सिर्फ समय व्यतीत करने में विश्वास करने वाले अधिकारियो को राष्ट्रीय विकास में जिम्मेदार बनाकर समयसीमा जरूर निर्धारित करे।

भूमि अधिग्रहण को लेकर लाया गया अध्यादेश सरकार कासराहनीय कदम है। यदि ये संशोधन नहीं किये जाते तो देश का विकास रुक जाता , महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं को पूरा करने में बांधा आती। इसे कानून में जटिल बना दिया गया था। प्रक्रिया इतनी अधिक जटिल थीjiska अंत होना ही नामुमकिन लगता था। इससे न केवल भूमि के अधिग्रहण अत्यधिक समय लगता बल्कि आँखों का पानी सूखा चुके निरंकुश कार्यपालिका के भ्रष्टाचार को भी बढ़ावा मिलता। हालत ऐसे हो जा रहे थे देश के विकास की सभी परियोजनाए अनिष्ट काल के लिये लटक जाती। अध्यादेश के प्रावधान
