PM sir here are my views for making INDIA more tourist friendly. To do this we need to change our attitude towards those who visit us.Often tourists are mistreated, cheated and rudely dealt with.It is simple logic:if someone in a house rude to you, you don't encourage your friends and relatives to go there. This is the main reason that Our Country is lacking in Tourist visitors.

Can introduce shuttle services for a nominal amount in cities where there are many monuments , for people to go around especially in small cities like Madurai, Jaipur, Rameswaram etc. These shuttle services should be under govt control with licence and english/hindi knowing drivers. In the railway stations/ bus stops airports, pamphlets/ brochures about visiting places with distance can be provided and the shuttle service should have a toll free number.

I believe there are many sportsperson and actors who are revered across the nation. Their services should be taken in passing a message to the public to be more tourist friendly. People make places. If we are friendly, our tourist places will automatically become friendly. A campaign should be started involving many famous people from different walks of life who are role-models for Indians to spread the importance and need of "ATITHI DEVO BHAVA".

Its better to increase funding for IIT.....atleast gave a chance to other college/university bcz they have also brilliant students. So, DST have to widen their views that IIT can do this...every student is key for Digital India.........so please atleast give a chance to other colleges and universities so that they also show their capability

Clean food options that are authentic yet suitable to tourists. Frequent health inspections should occur in these food options. Clean paved side walks that are not crowded with temporary stalls and businesses. Accessible websites which state tour guide times and best time of the year to go. Advertisement and billboards. Better road rules and control of road rage. Most foreigners think india will be terrifying but they should feel welcome. Tourist towns should have shops with souvenirs.
