9- I am very much disappointed that there is no one to read these posts as my first of 30th sept. 2014 is unread.Iss tarah to desh nahin sudhar sakta agar ye posts nahi padhi jaayengi aur unpar sakthi se action nahi hoga. I HAVE TOO MUCH THINGS TO WRITE HERE as I had a hope about this site that ab shayad desh me kuchh sudhar hoga.Shayad achchhe din hamare liye na sahi hamare bachchon ke liye hi aa jayen, par ab mujhe lagta hai ki it is a waste of time to write here.

Makar Sakranti- There is huge mela - Maghi Mela- held at Muktsar Sahib. We with Grandmother would go to Gurudwara Sahib for Maghi Snan. The holy dip relieves one from winter shivering and is said to increase immunity. We welcome the new Sun of new year and at home we cook 'Rau ki kheer' Kheer with sugar cane juice.

Lohri in Punjab- We offer black til, ground nuts and jaggery to fire chanting 'Issar Aa, Daliddar Ja/Daliddar di Jad Chulhe Pa' (come activeness, go laziness, may the root cause of laziness go to fire'. we burn all the unnecessary things piled over the year.

Lohri in Punjab - Though this is not appropriate discussion topic under which it can be written but this is the best place to acquaint with rituals. On Lohri we cook Sarson ka Saag and Moth, Bajra khichdi and eat it on the following day (Poh pakaya, Maagh Khaya) that means in such cold it is safe to consume these things even if stale. We worship fire with sugarcane and radish with leaves intact as they are complete and consume the next day for head to toe health.

Govt. has to take the step regarding population control, By adopting two child policy, It should be applicable to all religion. A person have more then two child, will not get the govt.benefits . It will help to control an unemployment ratio as in all organisations modern technology has updating day by day and less demand of employees. Policy should be made as soon as So that It should be implement as on 31/12/2015.

Most States own a Govt bus-transport system. Balance sheet preparation is cumbersome for the bus conductors. Despite the advent of ticketing machines paper-ticketing predominates. If a suitable mobile/tablet application is developed for balance sheeting, the discomfort of several thousand Govt bus conductors can be reduced. Conductors can provide tally-sheets to Ticket Examiners and Control Centers through blue-toothing. Similar applications are feasible in the Railways also.

Land is a locus for many criminal activities. Public & private lands differ only is in the criminals. More than 60% staff of Revenue Depts is corrupt. Electronic data-banking of revenue records was torpedoed for securing corruption. The troubles Depts provide outweigh the benefits they serve. The larger public suffer for the benefit of minority. It is high time to organize archives of revenue documents. Use & misuse ability of databank is roughly equal. Differential access can be a strategy.

People inherit property from parents by right. This includes land, buildings, bank balance, etc. Gender discrimination in property partitioning is quite big; by and large women are severely affected. In addition to the obsessions from men, unawareness of related rules is a major handicap to the women. Educational institutions do not impart anything in this regard. At least in our Plus-2 education, this can be included as a must-topic. This is a great service to our mothers, sisters & daughters.

In all the city if the bridges and old historical places can be illuminated and beautify then it may become the center of attraction. Old historical place can be good revenue generation places for govt but got need to facilitate it by putting the history through audio. People who are paying to visit the place can understand the history of place.
