Due to upcoming elections all Delhi Govt Officials are deputed on Election duty till completion of election process (10 Feb 2015) so now there will be no work in offices functioning under Delhi Govt for next one month for example The office of Registrar of Cooperative Societies of NCT Delhi, where it is Routine to work under ABCD culture. Now all important works are stand still as every officail at office has excuse that I'm on Election Duty. How can you justify it?
