Respected Prime Minister, Sir I am senior Real Estate Consultant in Gurgaon from last nine years. I have a proposal that without imposing any new tax Government will earn Rs.150 - 200 Crores per day additional revenue in Real Estate, Export Import, Company Transfer. Lot of black money was used in Real Estate & Company Transfer Cases. If you will change some terms & conditions people can't use black money in this Sector. I have already send this proposal on dated 9-11-14, but there is no response

Imagine, all children of our country are provided equal education.Today we have around 1100 Kendriya Vidyalayas with 1122000 students. Roughly we need about 2 lakh Kendriya Vidaylayas to cover entire students in the country, which seem difficult to achieve. Try. Initially, existing school buildings, teachers, grants and everything associated with current education can be utilized to replicate Kendriya Vidyalayas format of education all over the country. No Pub or Pvt school but only KVs.

As we approach budget 3 things stand out which needs attention and projections. These are designed to attract attention of all who matter in govt and party. First continue middle class relief in form of tax concessions , continue in doses of 50000 in taxable exemption and take it to 5 lacs over five year period, prioritize agriculture production and irrigation lastely Jan dhan scheme is a success why not reward bank staff with salary increase why this delay in wage settlement,

We should start a festival of gratitude towards domestic servants and other support people who makes our life possible. In Maharashra, it can be "Maushi & Kaka Day". All those who help us to make our livings should get gifts. It will help our children to have positive views and views for domestic help and other support structure. It will improve India's image and our society.

Some countries has touched sky heights through tourism sector. tourism creates employment for the locals. so this oppurtunity should be used fully. Tourism boosting methods :- 1 - Govt.licensed guides 2 - Hygenic food shops near them 3 - historic monuments repair 4 - road markings to place 5 - basic public transport facility 6 - additional police training for attending the delicate foreign tourists.
