Shri Arun Jaitley had rightly stated that #Nirbhaya gang-rape and murder case had done large harm to #tourist arrivals in the country. Media reports that in the recent case of #rape by #Uber cab driver, the victim was threatened with a similar devilish 'treatment' by the culprit as was done with #Nirbhaya. The #trial of Nirbhaya case has been stayed by the Supreme Court since March-April of this year i.e for almost 9 months now. Can the Govt. request the SC for resumption of the #trial and its fast conclusion, so that potential rapists get deterred and we can show that our country's police-criminal-legal justice system can catch culprits and deliver justice in fast and just manner. Taking this case to logical conclusion can do lot of good to sense of security for women in the country and support growth of #tourism also.

Sir, Since five years I am working around the world in consulting for Tourism Development and also Promoting our own country in more than 15 countries. Recently I made my own personal efforts to participate in the world's largest balloon festival that attracts millions of visitors , I have made the banner and our National flag to fly in this festival also invited and informed the tourism office in LA and NY but no one responded. May I know what is the real way to contact and get connected??

Safe and reliable public transport is a must for making any place tourist friendly. All other efforts to attract tourist like visa on arrival, publicity on media will fail if the perception remains that India is not safe for travel. Every month some serious incidents occur about involving a women passenger in India. It is a fact that more than 99 per cent of global tourist do not have India on their tourist itinerary. We must give a serious thought about safety in the public transport.

Respected Sir, I have an idea of improving the safety of the travellers,especially for women passengers while travelling.The authorized city cab services which we hire should be equipped with passenger safety button inside the car which is parallelly connected with the police checkpoints so that when any passenger feel unsafe while travelling can use it and all the cab details along with location is being forwarded and action is taken as fast as possible.

Sir, government need to register FIR on Rohtak sister's when they were seen assaulting 3 boys. Why not government has issued any guidelines for Media that without investigation they can't make any one criminal. Our laws have become gender biased, favouring girls & women without proper Investigation. Laws need to be gender neutral. Guilty should be punished but not at cost of innocent.

can any body give ideas hoe to resolve rape problems in india...my suggestion are following: makes courts saperate for rape case in each city.each court has live detector machine.there should be complaint line no for rape as primary report,make strict punishment for rapist .gang rape/rape case should be solve with in 15 days only.make live telecast of punishment to aware peoples in starting....stop pornography in india at internet....
