Hi Modi jee, my thought to make clean place is to select some 10 persons from one village and give them authority to clean places and if they want they can add persons from there side for the same. And it will again on the interest of those persons whether they are interested or not if not we will take some new persons. but at the same time my cancers is again in this process politics will involve so please do some thing so that at least from this good thing politics will be separated.

Allow private hotel operators to build and operate 'short stay suites' in the first and second floor of all railway stations. These will just be clean, compact rooms with coffee machines and attached baths. These can also be done in the town bus stands and at all airports. Incremental revenue opportunity for govt and also very convenient for tourists.

Get local rotary clubs, lions clubs etc to sponsor and maintain large toilet banks at or near tourist hubs.

Create tourist welcome centres adjacent to all railway stations on railway land, and at the entrance thru road to all tourist towns. These will be not just information centres but also malls where local curiosity stores, local, national and international restaurants, local themed entertainment etc are available, along with large no of clean toilets. Can be maintained thru PPP and will provide incremental revenues to railways, road operators etc while making it convenient for tourists

Work with radio cabs to create tour pack bundles, where the cab can cover all spots in a city with 2 or 3 tours. The package cost can be kept low due to using radio cabs and tourists can cover more spots conveniently.

Set up multilingual sound and light shows at all historical tourist spots. The history of these spots can be brought out much better through such shows. They also offer incremental revenues through ticketing. Publicise these online and enable booking also.

Enable web based taxi apps in all tourist towns, creating a lower tier of taxis e.g. using Tata Nanos, which are cheap, fuel efficient and do not occupy much space.

Create 'Incredible India' app which is location based and captures all key info for tourists in the location thet are in, or wish to visit: tourist spots, hotels, auto fares from station to tourist spots, safety related dos and donts etc. Enable autos, taxis, hotels, tour guides etc to register with the app for a fee and enable crowdsourced ratings of these. Enable all bookings online: cabs, autos, hotel rooms, tourist spot tickets etc. Provide 'plan a tour' function.

Introduce short distance tourist trains that connect tourist spots that are close by e.g, Thanjavur and Kumbakonam. These will operate like suburban trains and stop at several tourist spots but be equipped like a tourist train e.g. glass roofs, comfortable seats etc. Ticketing can be online - one fixed fare pass for all trains, and the trains can operate in hop on hop off mode. Commuters can also use this provided they have the same pass.

Lease railway land near tourist spot railway stations to low cost hotel chains. This will ensure quality branded accommodation for tourists, conveniently located near stations, reasonably priced. It will also give additional revenue to railways
