Every Diwali, someone’s artistry glows on our clothes, someone’s pottery lightens up our home and someone becomes an important part of the celebration. Their contribution to our happiness is immense. As urged by PM Narendra Modi, in Mann Ki Baat, let’s bring a smile to those faces and spread the joy with people who are an integral part of our celebration. Have you brightened-up someone’s Diwali? Tell us your story through pictures, videos or text.

Diwali festivals celebrations enjoys sponteneously using moderately low lightening crackers with abstaining bursting crackers. This is a self religious reliance matter,It is always my endeavour to become environment friendly for redcing pollution to persuade my neighbors and my friend circle .Somebody aggressively agree that but remaining the same.I think that,it may take few years or a decade to take revolutionary mental change our cityzen.

Diswali sirf ekdin ka tawher nahi, balki hum un logon k ghar ko roshn Kare jo samaj se Jude huye bhi humse dur rahte hain, matlab Sarkar dawra sab facilities se banchit hain, aur jo nafrat ko felate hain unko hamare samaj se bahiskar Karna padega aur burai ko acchai mein paribartan Karna hoga hi hoga..... Hum Diwali uske saath manate hain, aur faltu khache ki jagah kisi ek garib ka ghar ko ujala Kare hasiyon seee....

One electric bulb is twenty times more polluting than an earthen lamp. Look at the amount of precious electricity we consume on illuminations. The ‘Diya’ is traditional. It is also earth friendly. Let us observe Diwali with traditional Diya. Diyas help in killing insects like tiny leaf hopper. Fancy fairy lights have no use other than looking pretty and gorgeous. Happy and green Diwali.

I am from Chennai and while I was celebrating Diwali on 6th evening saw the news that people were arrested for bursting crackers. It is very sad that a joyous occasion is being used to a community and instill a sense of hatred towards others. Is this what Diwali is for? When judiciary starts making laws and the government remains a silent spectator - we really had a sad Diwali.
