The functioning of the Enforcement Directorate can be improved by enhancing transparency and ensuring impartial investigations. Cases should be completed in a time-bound manner to increase efficiency. Greater use of technology like data analytics can help detect financial crimes faster. A user-friendly public complaint system and awareness programs will also strengthen trust and cooperation with citizens.
