Respected PM Modi ji. I feel, to end or give full stop to murders, kidnapping, rapes, only solution is "Hang to death" for all connected peoples, because it's violation of human rights. Every day I am seeing many court cases are continued since more than 10 years, and culprits are getting bail, if in jail getting berayane to eat. where as those who are doing sincear work are not getting even one time proper food. Hope it's necessery to hang in case crime is identified within one year. Just look at Meghalaya hanimoon case, main accused got bail. If the incident would have happened in MP, case would have closed, and accused would have escaped and got property of murdered rich person. please do some thing, else such cases will grow. Now one Muslim lady main accused in TATA Consultancy case caught, and asked bale stating she is pregnant, if she escaped with this reason, new chapter will open in crime world to get pregnant and escape from crime this is the lowest thing in Hinduism.
