The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

MOST OF THE COMPANIES IN SMALL AND MEDIUM AND LARGE SCALE THERE ARE SUFFERING WITH HIGH INTETEST BURDEN DUE TO HIKE OF PETROL AND DIESEL COST OF PRODUCTION. DUE TO DUMPING OF IMPORTED ITEMS TO INDIA . GIVE SPECIAL CONCESSION INTEREST RATES TO SMALL AND MEDIUM AND LARGE SCALE INDUSTRIES. OTHER WISE COUNTRY CANNOT SURVIVE THE DEVELOPMENT GROWTH. COST OF PRODUCTION IS VERY HIGH COMPARE TO OTHER COUNTRIES.

Honorable PM Dear Modi Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises constitute the backbone of an economy in maintaining an appreciable growth rate and in generating employment opportunities. This sector has been regarded as engine of economic growth and social development in many developed and developing countries. Contribution of MSMEs to the Indian economy in terms of employment generation, containing regional disparities, fostering equitable economic growth and enhancing export potential of the country has been quite phenomenal. Despite some infrastructural deficiencies and challenges like flow of institutional credit and inadequate market linkages, this sector has registered remarkable success with regard to increase in number, quantum of investment, scale of production and overall contribution to national GDP.NPCS, holds a special place, globally and hence ought to be taken as an important part of business ventures as per the modernization with all sorts of increasing trends. Regards

There should be a Dept of Marketing specifically focusing on MSME sector which will make efforts for marketing of MSME Goods within India and abroad. They should diffrent markets for MSME product categories all over the world and act for demand creation. This will help each MSME producer understand what kind of Marketing support they will get for their products and manufacture accordingly. Suppose an MSME firm producing Bolts and selling only in a part of India can have an opportunity to sell in Thailand, Nigeria, Singapore when he gets the marketing support.
