The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

safety security point of view new things always emerged as issues but still it cont develop then it's things of vabitual nation thread & personal life these 2 then all development economy point of view sem were in new phases of internet so -if we allow time slots with prior permission -if misuse then company will pay fine depend on misuse(attack)company serious -eg if police use of droan give it signal like cyrun or any other -time&marking-personal/business/govt -why need-defence/security

हर प्रकार के ड्रोन केवल भारत सरकार से ही खरीदी होनी चाहिए । पहले से खरीदी हुई ड्रोन का निर्धारित समय मे पंजीकरण हो । प्रयोगकर्ता द्वारा ड्रोन के निर्धारित यात्रा का विवरण सुरक्षा कार्यालय को पहले से ही डिजिटल माध्य्म से सूचित करें । कार्य पूरा होने पर ड्रोन विवरण निर्धारित समय तक दोनों पक्ष सुरक्षित रखें। भारत सरकार द्वारा सभी ड्रोन की, सुरक्षा एजेंसियों द्वारा साप्ताहिक,मासिक या सालाना निरिक्षण हो । केवल भारत सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त प्रशिक्षक से ही प्रयोगकर्ता प्रशिक्षित हो । जयहिंद।

नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय को ड्रोन उड़ाने पर पूर्णतया प्रतिबंध लगाना चाहिए

What if some person uses drone to see inside view of your house? You may not be able to recognise who did it? Complaints to police may not be useful as there may be several persons who may be having licence to own and operate drones in your area. This rule is silent on this issue

SUGGESTIONS - 1 MANDATORY - LICENSE WITH - AADHAR / PASSPORT / PAN CARD / BIO METRICS AND POLICE VERIFICATION BY A SPECIAL CELL OF THE CRIME BRANCH OF THE MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS 2 A SMART CARD TYPE ID CARD FOR THE DRONE LICENSEE WITH ALL THE ID DETAILS 3 INVENTORY OF ALL THE DRONES OWNERS TO BE KEPT AT THE POLICE - CRIME - HOME DEPARTMENT - STATE / UT / CENTRALL GOVT LEVEL 4 USE OF DRONES BY CIVIL POPULATION SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED AT LEAST FOR 2 YEARS FROM NOW - BE REVIEWED AFTER 2 YEARS
