The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

Expensive but anti drone measures fm own$ by all hindu temples households necessary min 4 those near & accesible fm ghettos & masjids. Modi/shah/govt order will not make ur area a no drone so spend on R&D 4 safety .Remember Tughlaq collegium bc-mc-moonchuds have almost wiped u out & will go 4 kill aka KP by constant 24*7 drone attacks carrying/delvering bombs declared legitimate by madras HC 4 establishing shariah. Proof ASI HCR TN /AP/Delhi loot & destruction of all ancient Hindu temples

after 2014 देश में शांति है नहीं तो दंगे/फसाद कभी भी भारत बंद at least now local area तक बंद सिमीत होता है now the anti-national elements targets 2 youth & india is youth country 4 damage country they r using internal aspects misguide/lead youth think of technology they use it in through business/culture in drone format we cn develop anti- software& if we put censor system in search of which drones in attack modes such as bomb squad cause drone work in ltd distance(m) so distanc itself

There must be Seperate app for Drone Operation for Hobbiest/Commercial Pilots. Green zone anyone can fly. Yellow zone requires prior permission from Aviation Authority for Drone operations.Red Zone is Completely Restricted. Police must be given knowledge about this.If Drone pilot is flying in Yellow zone without prior permission from Aviation Authority they have to fined.If flying in red zone then legal action has to be taken.In UAE they have My drone hub app.Every drone is registered in app.

There are 2500+ innocent buyers like me who bought homes from Logix Blossom Zest Sec143, Noida in 2011 and no flats delivered till today. we have been paying Rent,EMI. We have filed FIR in EOW, in NCDRC complained in UP RERA and NCLT but no use Builder has allegedly diverted our funds to build Logix City Center Mall, UP RERA is saying they are discussing with builder but no result, RERA Governance not working CM, Yogiji is also not responding Need your intervention.
