The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

CREATE A DRONE MONITORING SYSTEM WITHIN THE CEBTRAL GOVT MAKE COMPANIES TO CONFIGURE EVERY DRONE NAAVIK ENABLED THE DRONES FLYING 50FTS OR MORE FROM AREA HEIGHTS SHOULD TAKE PRIOR PERMISSION BOTH DIGITALLY AND PHYSICALLY THEN THE MONITORING SYSTEM WILL MONITOR THE DRONES FLYING ABOVE WITH THE NAVIK SATELLITE LINKS MAKE THE TOP OF DEFENCE IR ASI HERITAGE SITES A 'NO DRONE ZONE' COMPLETELY

even previously I suggested आकाशात drone camera जास्त वेळ राहन्यासाठी use of solar system वहीं camera से जब flash का system develop करें to be more alert compulsory & by controlled ets & i think in new techniques it must see use it it purpose behind it & if illigal all must held liable even may foreign company

drone companies need to be encouraged to develop special drones that will be used to carry essential items in flood prone areas during actual flood like situations. helicopter deployment requires time and economic constraints, in comparison to it drones are accessible, economically viable
