The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

बहुत से यूट्यूब ब्लॉगर द्वारा ड्रोन कैमरे की मदद से बहुत अच्छे शॉट फिल्माए जाते हैं, प्राकृतिक सुंदरता के दृश्य बनाए जाते हैं, इसलिए इससे संबंधित नियम एवं कानून में इस बात को भी सम्मिलित किया जाए की ऐसे लोगों को जिनका उद्देश्य अच्छा है इसको प्रयोग करने में कोई असुविधा का सामना न करना पड़े तथा परमिशन देने की आड़ में इनका शोषण ना किया जाए। विदेशी पर्यटको को ड्रोन से दृश्य फिल्माए जाने की अनुमति नहीं देनी चाहिए अथवा बेहद निगरानी में ही ऐसा कार्य करने की अनुमति दी जाए।

ड्रोन के प्रयोग के लिए बनाए जा रहे नियम एवं कानून बहुत आवश्यक एवं जरूरी है, क्योंकि ड्रोन के माध्यम से बहुत सी देश विरोधी गतिविधियां संचालित की जा सकती हैं, यह देश की सुरक्षा से जुड़ा है, इसलिए इनकी सतर्कता के लिए यह भी होना चाहिए कि ड्रोन से फिल्माए जा रहे वीडियो को प्रशासन/ पुलिस द्वारा इसी के नियंत्रण के लिए बनाए गए कंट्रोल रूम में लिंक करके लाइव निगरानी की जाए।

Aim is to create a “digital sky platform” as a business-friendly single-window online system for procuring various approvals. There will be minimal human interface on the digital sky platform and most permissions will be self-generated Amongst other rules, Ministry will also facilitate development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council will be set up to facilitate a business-friendly regulatory regime Includes safety features such as real-time tracking beacon

DRONES are in use for many years but INDIA has still to pick up in DRONE TECHNOLOGY Rogue states like China and Pak can play havoc Drones are a revolution in military warfare Drone manufacturers need all the help needed Swarm drone programs are in use in other countries Drone will define military warfare in years to come

India has to make tremendous strides in Drove technology manufacturing and deployment The use of Drones of military purposes has been made extensively by China The use of any weapon system, including armed drones-in conflict- is subject to international humanitarian law Drones are remotely-piloted, eliminating the need for a pilot to be on board during a given flight High time to increase Drones for intelligence, mapping, reconnaissance, rescue missions, and targeting destinations

not only draft but govt should start work on drones model too because drones can be use in any field and if we didn't do it now then we will waste millions of dollar to purchase those drones from other countries in future and if we can achieve AI drones technology we might able to export it and also it will give us an strategic hand in our borders.

it may sound rude but it is noticed in india that people obey rules only when they are forced or punished in disobeying the rules!! thus there should be a standard guideline in relation to drones and there should be precise punishment also with financial fine in violation of guideline....there should be seperate depart. to look after the cases as police depart. is struggling still in technological issues n in staff strength...
