The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

Buying drones should require Police/Authority Permit and register it accordingly after all the background checks. If any of the Drones are involved in destructive activities there should be a strict "Jail Sentence".

Drone technology is more important. It should not stop. Drone technology should be expanded till it takes army, tackling enemy drones, targeting and bombing the area( defence partner with independent partner). Limitation: 1) it should not fly above the important areas 2) it should not fly near the airports 3) it should not carry more than 1 Kg( people are there to transfer)

like how we certify the electronic devices for FCC, establish new standard that every drone / flying object should comply with. establish No-Fly Zones, Color codes, Information Collection (should not leave the country), Lawful interpretation of drones and Sharing

every Drone needs to have a SIM module with valid ID like a mobile. Drone should be registered to the network as it starts. It needs to get permission from the nearest tower before entering the area. Its like creating protocols and asking all legal drones to follow. Other drones (kids toys) follow size restrictions This helps for determining the legal drones in the area. Help understand the flying pattern and intentions by intelligent systems. Any illegal drones can be just shoot down.

यह ड्रोन का बहुत ही शानदार ड्राफ्ट है क्योंकि ड्रोन नवीनतम तकनीकी उपकरण है। ड्रोन निगरानी में बहुत उपयोगी है, एक क्षेत्र में स्थिति जानने, बचाव, आपदा प्रबंधन अनुस्मारक और अब पाकिस्तान जैसे अन्य देशों से आतंकवाद को खत्म करने के लिए राष्ट्र की शक्ति का पता चल जाएगा वहां न केवल उनके रोंगटे खड़े होने लगेंगे बल्कि उनकी रूह कांप जाएगी . यह आतंकवाद के खिलाफ कार्रवाई होगी। 🇮🇳जय हिन्द!! जय भारत 🇮🇳!! वंदे मातरम!🇮🇳

It is very wonderful draft of drone because drone is the latest technology tools. Drone is very useful in surveillance, knowing situation in an area , Rescue , disaster management reminder and now for Finishing terrorism from other countries like Pakistan would get to know the power of Nation 🇮🇳 There goosebumps will not only start standing but their skin would tore.
