The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

1- ड्रोन का हवाई जहाज की तरह उड़ान पथ निधार्रित होना चाहिए। 2. वायु नियंत्रक जैसा एक प्राधिकरण होना चाहिए जिसके पास ड्रोन को नियंत्रित करने के लिए ड्रोन उड़ान संबंधी शक्तियां होनी चाहिए। 3. नागरिकों की क्षतिपुर्ति की पूरी भरपाई होनी चाहिए और एक लाख तक सीमित नहीं होनी चाहिए। 4. प्रत्येक ड्रोन में कार की नंबर प्लेट जैसी प्रमुख संख्या होनी चाहिए ताकि अगर कोई शिकायत करता है तो उसका पता लगाया जा सके। 5. ड्रोन के जरिए जासूसी करना एक आपराधिक अपराध बनाया जाना चाहिए।

Make responsible all employees of the operating company and the goods company delivered through drone responsible in case of use of these drones in unlawful / terrorist activities.

i do not know why people have made drones such a big deal… in my opinion it is less dangerous than a smart phone… if it is all about taking pictures then every mobile phone and every zoom camera should be banned or controlled.. until and unless the drone is used for photography purpose only then it doesn’t possess any problem if it is not flying in an non flying zone. world is going forward with this technology and creating new job opportunities for youngsters and for entrepreneurs.

यह वास्तव में एक शानदार पहल है और मुझे लगता है कि इस नियम को लागू किया जाना चाहिए। सरकार के पास ड्रोन का पूर्ण संचालन नियंत्रण होना चाहिए। भारत सरकार को केवल भारत के निर्माताओं को सरकार के लिए उत्पादन करने की अनुमति देनी चाहिए। उच्च शिक्षण संस्थानों और अन्य शोधकर्ताओं द्वारा आगे अनुसंधान एवं विकास के लिए ड्रोन के उपयोग की अनुमति दी जा सकती है। अगर इसे सार्वजनिक किया जाता है, तो यह अराजकता और असहजता होगी।

ड्रोन के बारे में नागरिकों को सोचने के लिए सरकार द्वारा लिया गया यह एक अच्छा निर्णय है। सरकार को किसी भी निजी ड्रोन को संचालित करने की अनुमति नहीं देनी चाहिए। जो लोग पहले से ही वर्षों से ड्रोन का संचालन कर रहे हैं, वे इन दूरस्थ पायलट संगठन प्रशिक्षण के बिना वाणिज्यिक उद्देश्यों के लिए ड्रोन उड़ान जारी रखने के लिए अपने वैध प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त कर सकते हैं। जैसे कि वैध लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने से पहले किसी व्यक्ति के लिए ड्राइविंग स्कूल जाना अनिवार्य नहीं है। वही अवधारणा यहां भी लागू की जानी चाहिए।

शासन को देश के ड्रोन उद्योग को सुरक्षा, रोजगार और राजस्व सुनिश्चित करने के लिए अपने हाथ में लेना चाहिए। जिससे रोजगार के अवसर बढेगे। ड्रोन 100% शासकीय उद्योग के स्वामित्व में हो। किसी भी जांच के लिए ड्रोन बहुत उपयोगी होते हैं। मुझे लगता है कि यह पुलिस विभाग, अपराध शाखा और किसी भी अन्य जांच के लिए बहुत उपयोगी और फायदेमंद है। तो यह सबसे अच्छा और उपयोगी है।

ensure safety and sequrity.licence must issue only those persons who contribute service in our GDP,identify new red area zone for drones,bill must focus on misuse of drone.there are strictly and tuff rulles for drone which one must be obey by citizens.
