The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

All Drones should be registered and should share the flight/ voyage data through IRNSS (India's GPS). Persons with Criminal/ Corrupt Profiles should not be allowed to fly drones. Drone Flight Ceiling should be strictly maintained. All Drones should have 1st Party & 3rd Party liability insurance based on the weight/speed basis. For professional drones, Drone pilot license required. Drone testing & evaluation centres to be opened in Regional areas. Passenger/ Cargo Drones differentiated;JapanModel

Jai Hind everyone, This is Cdt Purnima Agarwal. Now that we have entered in a mech world, it's really important to take new steps towards our goals. Regarding this Drome Act,I would like to say that it should be licensed, every drone should have a identified number (like we have in cars),it should be capable of lifting a reasonable weight..which would help the online transaction,an indicator to show that the receiver has got the parcel,anti theft system,finger print of the owner, for lightings

Good evening everyone, I am here to share my views on drone policy. First of all, the drones should be indian.. Second, the drones should not be for public use or used personally by any politician. I'd like to share my comments on Draft drone rules 2021.Here I would like to share that the drones should be easily made in manufacturing lines in india as already you have predator drones from u.s.a,Israeli drones,japan also will aid in drone manufacturing in india.so take the technology transfer from govt. to govt. route and set up all these drones under make in India initiative with all these technologies to be as much close to each other as patent waiver is automatically done here.

perfect concept may not cause it's nature rule nature perfect concept को पुरा होने नहीं देता qकि if it becomes perfect the human won't grow/develop of mind/thought/emotions perfect नहीं होता बल्कि by rule चलना पड़ता है eg-sunset/sunrise ets

2 my gov .... where we have 2 put down post if there is submission limit दुसरो के वजह से जो genuine लिखते हैं they also suffer I think make sure 20/30 post allow

ड्रोन बिजनेस परपज से व कार्गो परपज से अनुमति बिल्कुल भी नहीं देना चाहिए। नहीं तो आसमान में इनका मेला लग जाएगा । अनेक दुर्घटनाएं संभव हो सकती हैं। सीमा क्षेत्रों पर अत्यंत चौकसी से सतत निगरानी करना चाहिए।

पहले किसी भी अधिकृत क्षेत्र से ड्रोन प्रतिबंधित होना चाहिए। उदाहरण के लिए हवाईअड्डों, सेना शिविर, संसद, राष्ट्रपति भवन, प्रधानमंत्री आवास, मुख्यमंत्री आवास आदि क्षेत्रों में उड़ान पर प्रतिबंध लगाया जाना चाहिए और यदि आवश्यक हो तो इसे उड़ाने वाले व्यक्ति को प्रबंधन से अनुमति लेनी चाहिए। वे करीब छह किलोमीटर के दायरे में किसी अधिकृत जगह पर उड़ान नहीं भरेंगे।

1- Drone will ban in 100Km.on border area. 2- A license compulsory to purchase a Drone. 3- Every Drone to be registered with government Authorities with a registered number with owner name and address like vehicle registration.
