The Ministry of Civil Aviation has issued draft rules to ensure ease of using drones in India on the basis of trust, self-certification, and non-intrusive monitoring. The Drone Rules, 2021, once notified, will supersede the UAS Rules, 2021, which came into force on March 12 this year.

The Rules aim to make the process of owning, possessing, exporting, importing, manufacturing, trading, leasing, operating, transferring, or maintaining a drone in India, simpler and hassle-free. For that, the draft rules seek to abolish the requirement of various approvals, ranging from certificate of conformance, certificate of maintenance, import clearance, to student remote pilot licences.

Besides, it proposes the development of drone corridors for cargo deliveries and a drone promotion council to be set up to facilitate a drone-friendly regulatory regime in the country.

The remote pilot license should be issued by the Ministry of Civil Aviation. The Authorised Remote Polit Training Organisations should be allowed to take classes for the applicants on demand. But the license should be issued by the Government only in order to keep the legitimacy of the license. The ministry can conduct license tests once a month for each category of drones, and the applicant has to perform certain activities asked by the officer from the ministry.

as per me i think, 1 - if anyone flying drone in private property or area should have valid permission(paper/digital) with the owner. 2 - professional/personal/officer/other should not fly near/arround people or animals to threat/any other means, without proper and valid reason and permission by authority.

The route of drones can be monitored by setting up a drone monitoring department and these drones can be connected to either google map or satellites and can be monitored in the same way as aeroplanes are being monitored. Installation of fast tag reader and monitoring of drones as I suggested above can be used as removal of cameras, because use of cameras in drone will be threatening from security point of view. Drones can be used to deliver food items & other valuable things to doorsteps. It can also be used to deliver critical medical equipments to hospitals as well. I would suggest use of FAST TAG like we have on toll plazas issued to public who wants to avail drone services. Drones will be equipped with lasers to read Fast tag so that items should be delivered to correct address. The fast tag should have personal information like address and phone number of the consumer. Replace camera with fast tag

✓Drone altitude and distance should be fixed for use of wedding,shoort films, video,photo shoot etc (commerical uses). ✓For long range uses with specific reason more than (100-150meters) area. Issuing of permit or license should be mandatory. ✓Imposing restriction on flying drone near the government offices, crowded markets, airport,armed forces camp. and decision related special occasion (festival,ralley etc) should be take by the local higher most government authorities.

हम आम लोगो को सीधे ड्रोन के उपयोग से मना नहीं कर सकते हा लेकिन सामान्य और प्रसिस्निक ड्रोन अलग होना चाइए जैसे सेना के ड्रोंस स्पेसिफाइड होने चाइए जो आसानी से समझ आ जाय और आम ड्रोन काम छमता के होने चाइए जिससे कोई ज्यादा नुकसान न हो। thank you

drone should be use for only specific purpose not for everything or by everyone and one more thing is that our research organisation must work on anti drone for more security and in future again this could not happen as that occurred on airforce base in j &k

हर किसी को ड्रोन उड़ाने की अनुमति नहीं दी जानी चाहिए, किसी विशेष शूटिंग ऑर्डर में भी जिम्मेदार प्रशासनिक अधिकारी की अनुमति होना चाहिए । फोटो शूट वगैरह में इस्तेमाल इतना आवश्यक नहीं हो । अगर हमारी सीमा में अवैध रूप से किसी दूसरे देश का ड्रोन आ जाए तो तुरंत उस देश के खिलाफ एयर स्ट्राइक कर देना चाहिए ।
