Last week I was in Haridwar. The ghats were dirty.Cows & cow dug were seen in the Ghats. Used clothes, hairs, newspapers, flowers and many other pollutants were seen floating in our Holy Ganges. The Ladies changing room in the ghat did not have a latch and old stinking clothes were strewn all inside. Like we man the public toilets we can depute ladies to man such changing rooms, no lady would mind paying Rs.5-10/- for a neat clean changing room.Similar changing rooms should be made in Kolkata too.

Sir, 1. Can all central & state offices use Scanners to scan documents? We just need to give ID proofs, etc & get them scanned. Photograph can be taken with webcam. No need for Photos, xerox copies & attestations. This will save lot of paper. 2. Can we remove the need to attest documents? 3. Can we eliminate the need for PUC for vehicles? If fuel is good & manufacturers follow proper guidelines, this is not needed 4. Provide option for private sector employees to become teachers without BEd

sir, this is a suggestion the part that people having houses or shops they acquire around 5-10 feet of area around by constructing the platforms which reduces the width of the road which either causes the jams or accidents to avoid this government should issue the bill that if the owners of the place will acquire the gov. land except for the allotted land than the same area of their property will be seized for a particular period of time this can also help to have broad roads.

sir, this suggestion is about minimizing the ever increasing traffic by allowing the companies to have fixed no. of vehicles to be sold in a month according to the area of population this can slow down the sale of four wheels also already allotted vehicles should be timely checked that whether they have parking space on behalf of which they were purchased or not, if not then the dealers will be punished or the vehicle should be seized

Honorable Prime Minister Sir, This suggestion is for minimizing road accidents. All bike and car manufacturers should be instructed to install speed governors, so that maximum speed for two wheelers will be 50km/hr and for 4 wheelers max speed will be 80km/hr. For trucks and other heavy vehicles is should be no more than 70km/hr. Engines should be fuel efficient so that vehicles run for longer distances instead of delivering high speed at greater fuel consumption.

Honorable Prime Minister Sir, This suggestion is for eliminating joblessness in the country. In all Govt. & PSU jobs there should be an option wherein an employee can opt to retire early (at 55 years instead of 60) and one son or daughter of the person will be given a suitable job. The salary corresponding to 5 years of the person's remaining payments can be used to pay the new employee for a period of more than 15 years, since the starting grade salary is much lower.

Sir I'm an IAS aspirant preparing in Delhi. Water scarcity is one of the major challenge here. But people are wasting water at ease. Overflow of roof-top water tanks are a common sight. Please ask Delhites to use "water tank alarm". It is a small step but can make a big difference. Also ask Delhi Jal Board to ensure mandatory use of "water tank alarm". Like government distributed subsidised LED bulbs, same formula can work here too. Om Prakash IIT Dhanbad
