Because of continuation of serious non compliances in fire, earthquake and other safety related matters lot of accidents are taking place particularly in residential building sector. Builder save money on non compliances and use same against investors in filing of false cases, serving of harassment notices, use of muscle power and get protection from lawyers, who ignoring bar council of India provisions are willing to do any thing . Immediate attention is required to curb such practices.

The municipality of each city which should be very powerful in planning the city and taking it forward is very weak. Manufacturing Sector , Make in India: Respected Prime Minister, I would like to submit my suggestion for the government's consideration around encouraging foreign companies to invest in India. My suggestion is any foreign manufacturer which set up its manufacturing plant in India and employ 5000 or more workers (we can validate this via TDS and Provident fund deposits by this companies) will get a 7 year tax exemption. For J&K this exemption will be 15 years.
