Respected Sir, Please consider creating job opportunities in rural areas. Almost every services company take the services of call centers to address issues of customers. Most of them give provision of language selection namely (Regional Language/ Hindi/ English). Government can consider starting call centers in rural areas to serve for regional language support. 1. Another source of income for Govt. 2. Creates employment 3. Rural citizens can be served easily. 4. Reduction in migration.

quality of construction is very poor, all nonprofessional do different jobs, masonry to electrical, employer to employee no control work respect, but want to earn easy money, sad tragedy is unavoidable.we need to change by trend,by replacing old construction method to new precast slab house/building where all solution is ready made & error is minimum.so also roads ready solution, other Eco research is need to use soil tree bark admixture to convert same into solid stone.

R/sir,Kindly talk about situation in Punjab in this Mann ki baat. Punjab has a lot of potential. the problem of straw burning can be used to generate electricity. this is counter productive as it will reduce the pollution. Additionally biomass can be used to generate electricity. In Punjab Stray animals are big problem and a big cause of accident. when biomass could be used it will help in controlling this problem also and will also compliment the farming sector in shape of dairy farming.
