May every Indian ponder for ways for continuing their economic activities even as safeguarding the environment. If properly sought for alternative ways, we can always actualize a green economic growth. Sustainable economic growth or green economy may be able to make India a revered Superpower. A small value addition to our economic activities towards green or sustainable economy may lead the Nation to perpetual glory as it was in the ancient past.

क्या नोटा का प्रयोग देश हित में है?मेरी समझ से इसका प्रावधान ही उचित नहीं है।लोकतंत्र की शक्ति वोट का अधिकार है,उसका बहिष्कार नहीं।इस कानून में संसोधन अपेक्षित है।जनमानस के पास विरोध के अन्य विकल्प हैं।नोटा लोकतंत्र को बलहीन करता है।

Respected Sir, It is high time we must introduce digital india scheme in our election of 2019 by making people including NRIs to vote on line using identification of either Aadhar card along with Voter ID which will ensure right people are selected whom majority of the section of public like... Also in India, Aadhar Card has to be linked to Voter ID so the bogus voting can be eliminated. Moreover, all political parties why cannot be brought under compulsory annual auditing!

Provision should be made for psychological support and counselling to rape victims may be provided in every district. 8. In view of the requirement of security personnel, Private security training centre and a certificate course may be started in metro cities.

Police to be strengthened, be made polite, disciplined, and hi-tech and policy should be framed to provide 30% reservation to women in police. The police force should also be deployed in civil uniform

Jail should be converted in Reform Centre. Steps should be taken to reform the prisoners. They should be made aware that reform in their behaviour may minimize the punishment. A proper policy may be drafted in this regard

Immediate steps may be taken to get CCTV camera to be installed at the railway station, bus station, parks, crossings of roads, busy markets, outside the girl's schools to have surveillance. There should be a separate branch under police for electronic surveillance. 2. It is a very common practice and complains of the public that police do not lodge FIR when they approach the police stations. An integrated system to lodge online FIR through internet and telephone may be made available.

Further to my submissions I honestly invite the attention of dear P M to direct the enforcement agencies to make thorough inquiry about the source of funds of certain christian trusts engaged in charity (actually business)of finding kidney donors and selling to Middle East Countries. After demonetization all these trusts have vanished.

Respected PM Sir,..If I do not deviate from your objective of TALK, I desire to share with the following aspects which I have learnt in the course of my professional career: (1) MBO/ Management BY Objectives (2) Any project needs FIVE necessary components: PLANNING,STAFFING,CO-ORDINATING,MONITORING & REVIEWING; SPAN OF CONTROL needs REVIEW periodically vis-a-vis ACCOUNTABILTY of the relevant person, to avoid interpersonal conflicts. (3) For RATING,OUTPUT=KNOWLEDGExSKILLSxATTITUDE.
