Long back at the time of Notbandee- PM announced that he may Hire / employ 1 lac youth to help catching tax defaulters. Seems it has not be done. Pls treat and cure the roots i.e. If the Judiciary and Tax deptt honesty is restored - there is no need for complicated laws. These people seems to be uneffected and continuing with the same practices fearlessly. Focus on them through various IT measures

Listen to the Young Turks working in this Governments (Bureaucrats, Grade 1-2 and all levels). Met with some of them and felt that they are bubbling with energy, Ideas and willingness to do something for this Govt and Nation. GOvt may use these precious resources in making the world better.

Democracy has become a diabetic problem and just a number game where in cast, religion etc play important role. Suggestions : VOTING RIGHTS SHOULD BE BASED ON BRAIN COUNT NOT HEAD COUNT i.e. More qualified more rights - illiterate 1 point, Metric - 1.1, Graduate 1.3, Post Graduate 1.4, Professional 1.5. People will be motivated to Study and then knowledge in long run may play important role in making the patriot Country and civilized citizens - above Religion & caste.

Respected Sir, Almost 3 decades completed for change over from black and white Televiosions to color TV but still our government hospitals & schools are not improving from old & poor condition to New & Good structure with Good facilities, We need. And I think in our government we need some additional rules/changes by making some strong constitution rules in the selection of new members to politics. Eg: Education limit, age limit, retirement limit,..etc all needs to be implemented as rule.
