We take medicines to live, not to die. Spurious and counterfeit medicines pose a serious threat to the health of the people. Fakes are made and sold by criminal gangs. These poor-quality medicines lack active ingredients to work properly. This leads to increased mortality and morbidity. Government must ensure that citizens always take a bill while buying medicines. This will ensure that taxes are paid on the products. By paying taxes our society will become corruption free.

Once again remind people of the importance of cleanliness, also make them realise that this whole country belongs to them and if they don't take care of it, it will start looking like trash.

Sir, In the request flow when an action is taken on a request, the application should provide the option to escalate it to the next level if the requester is not satisfied with the action taken.. Ref Req No - PMOPG/E/2020/0009829

Respected Sir, I feel users should first register to the site before using any of the services like providing feedback etc. or he should be able to provide a password while creation of a new request in order to prevent its unauthorized access. In the current implementation if anybody(whether he is authorized or not) who knows the request id and email id ( or mobile number) of the requester can view the status which is not advisable. Respected Sir, Will be great if the public grievience site has the facility to send an alert to the users' mail id whenever an action/decision happens(from the concerned authority) on any type of request submitted by the user. Also the request should be reopen-able if the user is not satisfied with the response. Ref Grievience Req No - PMOPG/E/2020/0008778

Respected Sir, Can we have additional facility in our schools where students can listen to their favorite programs in radio/FM. The system can be same as that of the library where the books are replaced with programs and duration for issue of book to be replaced with hours or minutes the student in entitled for the program provided the slot is available. We can call such facilities as Edutainment(Education+entertainment) rooms. Ref - Grievance Reg No - PMOPG/E/2020/0008755
