Government should educate farmers in respect of cultivation, export of produce, growth of production, cost reduction measures. In this way farmer will be prosper and GDP will also grow.

# school-and-college-timings - school / college / office timings should be staggered, so that peak hour traffic can be considerably reduced - moreover Children can reach the school and reach back home safely before the peak hour traffic starts. all schools - pan india - should uniformly start by around 7.30 - 8.00 AM (peak hour starts from 9.00 AM) and close by around 3.00 - 3.30 in the evening (this is to accommodate special classes, if any for an Hour - peak hour starts from 5.00 PM) .
